All our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €100/€150 depending on your region. No code is required; free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes customs duties.

It is not possible to cancel or adjust an order once it has been placed. It takes 2-4 business days to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Free shipping:

• On all orders to United Kingdom & Ireland.
• On all orders over £100 to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• On all orders over £150 in the rest of Europe.
• On all orders over £150 globally.

For orders below the thresholds described above, the following shipping costs apply:

AURA LONDON ships on weekdays only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please email info@theauralondon.com within 5 working days and attach pictures of the damage so we can assist you further.
